Ingredients: Sesame seeds, sumac berry powder, fine Himalayan pink salt, thyme, marjoram, and oregano leaf.
Used as topping for flat breads or hummus, mixed with olive oil or tahini for dips, tossed on salad, rubbed into meat, and even sprinkled in popcorn. Used in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes.
